As a value-added service, Insight offers executive coaching and 360° assessments to its clients following the leadership talent review. The LTR process often identifies leaders who would benefit from greater self-awareness and enhanced leadership skills.
Insight offers our own unique approach to 360° assessments. Our certified executive coaches interview eight to twelve people, asking them a series of open-ended, qualitative questions to draw out observations and perceptions. This method produces rich, meaningful feedback for the individual at the centre of the inquiry.
Following the 360° assessment, the Insight advisor provides coaching to support the client’s development, depending on the need. Coaching might consist of a few meetings to help the person digest the feedback and create an action plan, or several months of coaching to help the leader transform specific behaviours to enhance their effectiveness as a leader.
